Purchase of publications

The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases of publications made from our website. Please read carefully before processing your order:

Upon processing your order you agree to our prices.
All prices shown are in GBP (Pounds Sterling) and are shown exclusive of VAT. VAT of 17.5% will be added to your order where applicable.
- for UK-based customers, VAT is chargeable
- for EU-based customers who do not quote a VAT registration number, VAT is chargeable
- for EU-based customers who quote a VAT registration number, VAT is zero
- for customers outside the EU, VAT is zero
Items will be dispatched within 2-3 working days once payment has been received and cleared via our secure payment system.
Our standard delivery charges are 20% of the order total for deliveries outside Europe. Delivery within Europe is free of charge.
To purchase DP logbooks, a DPO certificate number must be provided.

Event registration

The following terms and conditions apply to all event registrations made via our website. Please read carefully before registering to attend one of our events.

Registration will be accepted once payment is made via our secure payment system.
Once payment is received an e-mail confirmation of registration will be issued.
Cancellations may only be made up until 14 days prior to the event.
If cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to the event, no refunds will be made as final arrangements will have been made and cost agreements entered into.
