The International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) is the international trade association representing offshore, marine and underwater engineering companies.

One of IMCA's main aims is to publish industry good practice guidance, covering marine operations; safety, training and personnel competence; audit documents; contracting principles and standard contract templates.

It is a respected voice around the world promoting good practice, particularly in the areas of health, safety and environmental standards, quality and efficiency and technical standards. Good communication with our members via a variety of documents, the website and meetings encourages the sharing of experience, ideas and aspirations.

With membership standing at around 700 members in more than 50 countries, IMCA has grown significantly since its establishment in 1995 in terms of both members and geographical spread.
